With the developing diversity of recent technology and network offerings, the restrictions of present-day layered networks have come to be extra obvious. The layered structure will increase the difficulty of designing a protocol for each new carrier. A better alternative is to construct a based and modular structure for the design and implementation of recent requirements and protocols. dependent networks provide a provider via the dynamic composition of common protocol function blocks with appreciation to consumer requirements. in order to make such mechanism paintings well, how to describe network services becomes one of the maximum important troubles. therefore, this paper gives a brand new method of service description helping customization. firstly this paper provides several new types of based networks which can be divided into sorts, after which the kinds of atomic services and service instances are summarized. the second component introduces a new network carrier description technique for formal description and analysis of community conduct. This approach consists of formal definitions and a processing model based on process algebra. moreover, this paper discusses a study of description guidelines based totally on the XML schema. ultimately, the simulation outcomes have proved its feasibility and efficiency.
